Events - Future Events View
The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.
If you are selling your home, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to provide the buyer the WSP resale package at least two weeks prior to settlement. The resale package includes the WSP community covenants, bylaws, beach rules, marina rules, beach kayak rack rules, marina sign up forms and beach reservation forms.
To obtain a resale package you must complete the following form, pay the $150 Resale Package & Transfer Fee, and be in good standing (meaning your HOA dues are up to date).
